Established in 2009 Triton Engineering Limited has steadily matured into a reliable enterprise delivering wide-ranging steel fabrication services. The company is a joint venture between the Malta-based Triton Group and Tanko S.p.A, worldwide contractors in the oil storage tank sector. The combined experience of these two entities positions Triton Engineering as a premier service provider in the sector. With a team of highly-skilled specialists working in fully-equipped workshops Triton Engineering proposes products and services at competitive prices. Triton Engineering’s expertise includes fixed and floating roof atmospheric tanks; cryogenic tanks for LPG, LIN, LOX and LNG; pressure vessels; flare systems; boilers; piping systems; hulls; vertical tanks in kit form ready for site erection; small- to medium-sized vessels (horizontal or vertical); rectangular- or oval-shaped tanks on skids; as well as structural steel for support structures, pipe racks and pipe supports. Triton Engineering’s product offer also encompasses maintenance services. The company’s workforce allows it the flexibility to comfortably take on different contracts and meet the clients’ needs, be they small- or large-scale.

Triton  Engineering is based in Europe but has garnered vast experience in different countries the world over, from Greece to Malta, Germany, Poland and The Netherlands in Europe; Chile and Mexico in South America; Saint Eustatius in the Caribbean Islands; Panama in North America; and Tunisia in Africa. The company continually strives to develop and enhance its position as one of the biggest players in the field of construction and maintenance of hydrocarbons and gas storage plants.

Projects carried out on schedule and to clients’ full satisfaction include the building and maintenance of a fixed-roof tank with a total capacity of 20,000 m3 for Oiltanking Malta Limited in 2012; and the engineering, supply, construction, erection, painting and testing of 14 fixed-roof tanks with a total capacity of 180,000 m3 for Decal Taboguilla in Taboguilla, Panama, in 2011. In 2010 Triton Engineering was commissioned as a subcontractor for the €34 million Neste Oil Plant project in The Netherlands which entailed the engineering, supply, prefabrication, erection, testing and painting of 25 floating-roof tanks with a total capacity of 890,000 m3.
